I ordered the TENS machine long before my due date and set a reminder in my calendar to make sure that it wasn't forgotten. Sure enough, as that date approached I got an email to say that it was being sent. I appreciate the time frame that you get to have the machine as babies come within a wide window of time. The return process was simple. Thank you for great service!
